- L-Ornithine to support and maintain nitrogen balance
Summary
Arginine and Ornithine combine two essential amino acids into one optimal supplement. Arginine plays a crucial role in urea metabolism, a process that prepares toxic ammonia for safe excretion by the kidneys. Ornithine, synthesized from Arginine, serves as a precursor to citrulline, proline, and glutamic acid. Both amino acids are widely used by athletes and active individuals to support their health and performance.
